The diet I am pursuing where I am no longer drinking or eating anything that has milk or milk byproducts is driving me absolutely bonkers. I didn’t realize how many products are drenched or dressed in cow’s milk.
I am also trying to avoid soda. I have been addicted to Coca-Cola for so long, sometimes taking in two cans daily. I managed to go four days without a soda, then the night before last, I got into my car at night, at 10.00 pm to go buy soda. For a brief second I hated myself for breaking down. A friend explained to me that I should be able to reward myself by drinking one can once a week.
I feel so much healthier and look better too. My skin is glowing and my tummy which was beginning to pop, has made a hasty retreat…
