Why is my electricity bill so high?

After thoroughly scrutinizing my bills in the first step to becoming a millionaire, eliminate wastage seal the loopholes so no cents wasted theory I have come to the conclusion that America needs to invade a new country.

I just can’t understand how my electricity bill can be double my fuel bill. Any electricity producing country out there?
