One of the greatest buttons on Facebook and all social media is the IGNORE POST button. Learn to exercise it.
You use it to stun your enemies and those whose opinions differ widely from yours, differing in a parallel manner such that there’s no hope for a middle ground.
Yes, ignore extremists. They will rile you up for no reason other than their potential entertainment. Then they will approach you in your inbox and say stuff like I don’t see you online nowadays…oh yes I am online. I just pressed the IGNORE button on you.
However, this button also has the power to hurt your friends feelings especially when they have typed something of substance like this post here which has taken me ten minutes.
